Training Description

The Highfield Level 2 International Award in Food Safety is designed to provide participants with essential knowledge and understanding of good food safety practices in line with international standards. This course focuses on the importance of maintaining hygiene, preventing contamination, and ensuring that food is handled, prepared, and stored safely at all stages of production and service.

Training Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
